Key Responsibilities Engage with clients and design teams alike, finalising specs so plans are watertight.
Liaise with production, purchasing, and more, to keep projects on budget and schedules on score.
Manage installations, several at once, prioritising progress, leaving nothing to chance.
Prepare surveys, drawings, and notes with care, and ensure client sign-off is always there.
Maintain commercial awareness throughout, spot deadlines and variations without any doubt.
Order stock and labour, subcontract if need, ensuring resources match project speed.
Communicate clearly with site teams in time, both spoken and written, precise and in line.
Check certifications, inductions, and such, pre-install conditions matter as much.
Visit sites early and during the phase, flag issues promptly, no hidden delays.
Inspect and sign off on works once done, ensuring compliance and quality won.
Manage valuations, invoicing too, supporting accounts till payment comes through.
Guide and support all staff on-site, equipped with resources to do the job right.
Experience required 35 years in project or contracts command, with particular focus on managing and scheduling technicians Strong organisation, assertive and clear, influencing others with a voice they hear.
