Woory America, Inc is a manufacturer of thermal management systems & components, and other electrical parts for the automotive industry.

Woory is a global company based in Korea with a head office and production sites in multiple countries.

We are expanding into the electric vehicle market and are looking for team members at our new plant in Dublin, GA.

Position Summary

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing and improving our manufacturing processes.

Your responsibilities include analyzing workflows, implementing process improvements, and integrating technology to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Testing and monitoring machinery to ensure safety and proper operation.

Installing new equipment to improve manufacturing processes.

Designing new equipment or operational procedures.

Troubleshooting machinery to resolve breakdowns or faults.

Gathering data and preparing reports on manufacturing effectiveness.

Coordinating with customers and suppliers to meet quality standards.

Performing other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of production lines and manufacturing processes.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent coordination skills for collaboration with technical staff and management.

Ability to respond promptly to unplanned events, such as machine breakdowns.

Effective communication and reporting skills for management updates.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Bilingual in Korean and English.

Strong customer service, organizational, and administrative skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities.

Detail-oriented.

Proficient in MS Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
