This hybrid role offers excellent opportunities for career progression into senior preconstruction positions. What Youll Do : Lead end-to-end bid management, from tender identification to submission. Develop bid strategies, manage timelines, resources, and budgets. Coordinate proposal development and ensure compliance with client requirements. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, engineers, and business development teams. Build strong client relationships and contribute to continuous improvement in bid processes. What Were Looking For : Third level qualification in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience in bid / tendering roles in construction, preferably large-scale projects. Strong technical knowledge and ability to deliver high-quality bids. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. Flexible to travel for client meetings and site visits.
