Flexible Contract Work | 3+ Month Assignments | Locations : Dublin, Kildare, Clare & Portlaoise

Are you a retired or semi-retired nurse manager looking to stay professionally active, share your expertise, and make a meaningful impact—on your own terms?

Cpl Healthcare, in collaboration with a respected private healthcare provider, is seeking experienced Nursing Clinical Supervisors for fixed-term contracts supporting residential gerontology services across Ireland.

These are non-HSE roles based in fixed locations with the flexibility to suit your lifestyle. Ideal for former Directors of Nursing, Assistant Directors of Nursing, or Clinical Nurse Managers looking for project-based, short- to medium-term work.

Flexible specific-purpose contracts starting at 3 months (longer by mutual agreement)
Excellent pro-rata salary , aligned with Grade Levels : CNM, ADON, or DON

Who We're Looking For :

NMBI-registered nurses with proven leadership in gerontology or older person services

Retired or senior professionals with 3+ years in nursing management
