IT Project Manager Job Title : IT Project Manager Line of Service : Pharmaceutical About the Job We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Project Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects within our IT Programme of Work.

You will be a key driver in delivering high-quality solutions, managing all aspects from initial planning through to final delivery.

This position requires a strong leader who can effectively coordinate internal teams, manage external vendors, and ensure projects meet their objectives on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities Project Lifecycle Management : Vendor Management : Coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution and clear communication.

Progress Monitoring : Continuously monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.

You will be responsible for escalating risks as needed.

Reporting & Governance : Ensure all project activities and documentation adhere to our established governance standards.

Team Leadership : Direct and motivate project teams, providing guidance, coaching, and quality assurance to foster team development and success.

Process Improvement : Contribute to the refinement of our project management methodologies and best practices.

Change Management : Manage the impact of project-related changes across the organization.

Skills & Professional Experience : A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing technology delivery projects.

At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager.

Proven experience working with Agile methodologies.

Strong background in managing projects that involve the Software Development Lifecycleand new software implementations.

Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, meet tight deadlines, and work within a budget.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The ability to quickly learn new skills, inspire confidence, and show sound judgment in all situations.
