Mta – Iam Platform Engineer

About the Role : We are looking for a motivated IAM Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex issues, thrives under pressure, and is passionate about operational excellence.

You will play a key role in managing IAM incidents, supporting audits, and ensuring reliability of IAM services, while continuously learning and adapting to new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements : 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or enterprise IT with a focus on access management.Working knowledge of IAM tools such as Okta, Entra, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar.

Experience with incident and problem management practices.

Familiarity with compliance framework (SOX, HIPPA, etc.) and audit processes.

Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Additional Skills
• Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

Experience in a regulated environment (Healthcare, Pharma or Financial Services)
