You'll play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and managing investments, while also contributing to the ongoing development of a top-tier credit and investment team.

Key Responsibilities Lead business development activities including impactful market engagement, relationship building, and identifying new investment opportunities.

Conduct detailed credit analysis for new investments, including financial modelling, valuation, and risk-return assessments.

Manage and monitor existing investments through ongoing project engagement, performance tracking, and covenant compliance.

Deliver concise and insightful credit memos and presentations to the Executive Team and Investment Committee.

Oversee transaction execution, including third-party due diligence, negotiation, documentation, and investment approvals.

Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Skills & Experience Required Minimum of 4 years' experience in real estate investment, private equity, or a related financial role.

Advanced financial modelling skills in Excel.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.

Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.

Commercially minded with a strong grasp of investment risk and opportunity assessment.
