Locum Agent

Position : Locum Agent Salary : £40k to £50k + benefits + car scheme Northern Ireland An opportunity to engage with customers and businesses in different locations Make a real impact supporting and assisting Agents in the NFU Mutual network Field based role with widespread travel across Northern Ireland About the role You'll be available to support our agency partners when required to ensure that our customers receive a seamless service whenever challenges or opportunities arise.

You'll have a lot of variety in your role as you work with different teams and offices.

With 14 customer servicing locations (Agency partners) across Northern Ireland you may be asked to support any one of the Agents in our Network.

Our agencies in Northern Ireland vary in size from £5m - £20m gross written premium income and are all different, with self-employed leaders.

When not working in the field at an agency office you will have the option of home- working or using an NFU Mutual office.

We offer flexibility around our business requirements to maintain a healthy home and work life balance.

Although this role is focused on our agency partners in NI there may be occasions when you become involved in supporting other locations in the UK.

This role falls under Insurance Distribution Directive requirements, and as a result, role holders will be required to demonstrate ongoing Continuous Professional Development in role, along with undergoing regular re-screening to show that they are of Good Repute.

About you You'll be experienced in business-to-business environment with either sales or customer service skills.

Although preferably you will be from the insurance or financial services sector, this is not essential.

We are seeking someone who wants a new challenge and looking for variety in your role and who is happy to venture outside of your comfort zone.
