Job Description : Clarity is recruiting RGNs and RMs for the Public Health Team with the HSE in Dublin South West, covering Ballyboden, East and West Tallaght.

The roles involve working within Primary Care in the PHN service, as part of multidisciplinary teams delivering coordinated client care.

Community Nurses are expected to uphold high standards of nursing care, share responsibilities for patient management and environment, and maintain professional and ethical standards.

The work base is the Primary Care Centre, with care delivered both in clients' homes and clinics.

Own transport is required, with travel allowances available.

The service operates Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
