Sr. Business Development Manager Leinster (Dublin base) FRS Recruitment has partnered with a Dublin based Leading Global Freight Forwarding Company, Seeking to Recruit a experienced a Senior Business Developer, you will play a critical role in driving sales and expanding our market share in Ireland. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and develop New Business Opportunities in line with company goals in the Dublin & Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams. Keep CRM systems meticulously updated and manage a sales pipeline effectively. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and a background in Freight & Logistics Proven ability to identify new opportunities and nurture long-term client relationships.
