We're looking for a

Programme Test Strategy Lead

to define and drive the long-term testing vision for a high-profile market-wide initiative.

Responsibilities

Set the strategic direction and operating model for testing across the programme.

Define and maintain overall test strategy, standards, and documentation.

Lead engagement with Brokers, Carriers, Vendors, and Market Associations to ensure market alignment.

Oversee automation, environment, release, and test data strategies.

Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Business Operations to ensure scope and coverage meet business objectives.

Qualifications

Deep knowledge of insurance operations.

Proven expertise in strategic test planning and stakeholder engagement.

Strong understanding of test lifecycle management, automation, and execution models.

Excellent documentation, analysis, and communication skills.

Note : role will require travelling to UK 2 days per week.
