CMMS Co-ordinator
Reporting to : Maintenance Manager
Location : Station Road, Tipperary
Business Sector : Ingredients - Maintenance
Purpose :
The role entails managing the day-to-day running of the site CMMS, PEMAC Assets and administrative support for the Maintenance department.
Responsibilities :
Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following :
Serve as the access control official for the CMMS system.
Setup of new assets, routines, job specifications and associated details.
Set up and assist in designing CMMS reports and dashboards.
Subject matter expert to resolve usability issues, address technical questions and maximize the potential of CMMS as a tool i.e., serve as CMMS liaison for problem solving and escalation.
Provide guidance and training to engineering technicians on Pemac Assets
Maintain / Update work instructions and selected standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the CMMS and associated work processes.
Compile and report technical performance metrics including monthly and quarterly department reports.
Propose and develop improvements for PEMAC Assets and support the future implementation of new modules.
Support the management and planning of maintenance activities on site including predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance.
Participate in maintenance planning meetings.
Review maintenance activities and conduct evaluations of existing equipment systems.
Support and participate in audits to include internal, external, or regulatory bodies.
Support and contribute to site continuous improvement and maintenance initiatives.
Analysis and interrogation of data to drive process improvement, optimization, and reliability.
Qualifications / Experience required for this role :
Experience using CMMS system is desirable
A demonstrated interest in engineering or a related technical background
A third-level qualification (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline is advantageous
