Property Manager

Business Park Manager Location: Dublin Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced and service-focused Business Park Manager to take responsibility for the effective day-to-day management and operation of Park West, one of Irelands largest and most established business parks. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the park, ensuring consistently high standards of service for corporate occupiers, tenants and other stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management, coordination and operation of Park West. Deliver consistently high standards of service to tenants, occupiers and stakeholders. Manage contractors, suppliers, consultants and external service providers. Oversee the maintenance and presentation of common areas and managed buildings. Support the preparation, management and reporting of service charge budgets and expenditure. Ensure effective cost control and value for occupiers. Develop strong professional relationships with tenants, advisors, contractors and internal stakeholders. Monitor property-related risks and ensure appropriate controls and mitigation measures are implemented. Maintain high standards of health & safety, statutory compliance and property compliance. Oversee inspections, maintenance programmes and relevant compliance requirements. Requirements: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in commercial property management, facilities management or a similar role. Strong practical knowledge of commercial property management and service charge methodologies. Proven experience managing contractors, suppliers and external service providers. Strong organisational and commercial skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence engaging professionally with tenants, contractors, advisors and internal stakeholders. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong commitment to service excellence.
