Senior Occupational Therapist Location: Mountbellew Primary Care Centre, East Galway & South Roscommon Network Hours: 24 hours per week Contract: Agency / Temporary Start Date: Immediate TTM Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join the East Galway & South Roscommon Primary Care Network, based at Mountbellew Primary Care Centre. The successful candidate will provide Occupational Therapy services to an adult caseload within Primary Care, supporting individuals to maximise their independence, function and quality of life within the community. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to adults in a Primary Care setting. Assess functional needs and develop individualised treatment and management plans. Support service users to maximise independence and participation in daily activities. Provide appropriate advice regarding equipment, adaptations and rehabilitation. Work collaboratively with service users, families, carers and other members of the multidisciplinary team. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in line with professional and service standards. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to effective care planning. Requirements Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy. CORU registration mandatory. Previous experience working in Primary Care or community-based services is highly desirable. Experience working with an adult caseload. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
