We are hiring Staff Nurses for a leading nursing home in Kildare, Ireland.
Candidates currently holding Stamp 1 permission are eligible to apply.
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care and implement individualised care plans based on residents' assessed needs.
Review and update care plans regularly to ensure they remain appropriate and effective.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to nursing and care staff as required.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with NMBI standards and professional requirements.
Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care at all times.
Support the daily administration and smooth operation of the nursing home in line with the National Standards for Residential Care Settings for Older People.
Represent the nursing home professionally and always act in the best interests of residents and the facility.
Demonstrate self-motivation and work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and improve care practices.
Take initiative in identifying opportunities to enhance service quality and resident outcomes.
Demonstrate a positive attitude towards change and contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursing home.
Requirements
- Registered with NMBI
- Must have Irish nursing experience.
Candidates currently holding Stamp 1 permission are eligible to apply.
- Minimum 3-4 years working in a Nursing Home setting is essential
- Be eligible to work in Ireland
- Experience working in a Nursing Home or Older Person setting desirable
