Contracts Manager Dublin The CSR Group are working with a large main contractor who is seeking a Contracts Manager for a high-value school project in Dublin, involving basement construction followed by a precast building structure. This is a hands-on role, suited to an experienced Contracts Manager or a strong Senior Project Manager ready to step into contracts management. It offers an excellent opportunity to join a large construction company and take a lead role on a substantial education project. Package Up to €125,000 depending on experience. Company car or car allowance, with a car upgrade option available. Pension, healthcare and holiday entitlement. Full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities Take a hands-on lead in project delivery, overseeing programme, resources and commercial performance. Work closely with the site team to resolve issues and maintain progress. Coordinate subcontractors and consultants across basement works, precast erection and subsequent stages. Monitor procurement, budgets and project risks alongside the commercial team. Manage client relationships and drive safety, quality and handover standards. Requirements Proven Contracts Management experience or substantial Project Management experience with a main contractor. A strong record delivering large-scale building projects. Good technical knowledge of basement construction and precast structures. Strong commercial awareness, leadership and programme management skills. A practical, proactive approach and confidence working closely with site teams.
