The Role This role reports straight into the Directors, some of the biggest billers in Ireland. You will be pivotal to how we resource candidates for our clients and how we build new client relationships. Expect to keep expanding your candidate network across the tech space, permanent and contract alike, and to stay on top of what's changing in the market. Thinking outside the box on sourcing strategy matters here, as does getting the most out of the internal tech at your disposal. There is also a genuine opportunity to stretch your mentoring and leadership skills, as supporting junior colleagues with their day-to-day recruitment forms part of the job in a business that is growing quickly around the world. Key Responsibilities Turning accounts into key accounts Sourcing Tech candidates against client requirements Headhunting and networking Drafting and posting job adverts Interviewing candidates over phone/Teams to gauge their fit for particular roles Booking interviews and keeping candidates informed throughout Extending offers to the right candidates and handling rejections Obtaining references and pulling together supporting documentation Nurturing candidate relationships to keep a strong talent pipeline Building a personal brand through social media Tracking developments across the Tech industry Nurturing relationships with current and future clients Getting the best from internal tech Keeping CRM data accurate and up to date Attending client meetings to uncover new opportunities Agreeing fees and terms of engagement Key Skills and Capabilities First-class communication skills and the flexibility to pitch your language to any audience A talent for forming professional relationships that last The confidence to have difficult conversations Sharp analytical and problem-solving ability, an eye for detail and solid organisation Someone who thinks proactively and independently First-rate customer service skills Confident presentation skills that get key messages across to broad and varied audiences Outstanding stakeholder engagement A track record of working to targets A capable negotiator Professional telephone experience is desirable Benefits Competitive basic salary alongside uncapped earning potential Lucrative commission with no thresholds!
