Purpose of the Role :

This role is to support the teams and our customers with the development of everyday key ranges and event / peak ranges in the cut flower category.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities :

  • Create and request raw materiel product lists from grower and supplier for customer range additions and all NPD sessions
  • Attend customer and team briefing sessions and understand what's required for the customer NPD sessions and presentations
  • Design all bouquets to meet customer and team briefs
  • Travel to trade shows to understand emerging trends and introduce them to our customers
  • Work with packaging suppliers to evolve our customer offerings and enhance our overall floral offerings
  • Include key seasonal lines and trends in designs
  • Accurately cost up the products you have created using our NLFS with the support of our finance and commercial teams
  • Prepare the product and presentations for all customer visits
  • Create po in KBS for all samples you order and work with the stock team to manage them through the business
  • Create production records for our sampling sessions
  • Arrange sample delivery and collection
  • Manage all photography pre and post presentations
  • Manage our internal display room
  • Develop brochures for our customers
  • Support with customer tenders
  • Manage all EOL samples

  • Ability to understand cost
  • Ability to work on own initiative on project-based tasks.
  • Attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.

  • Photoshop and PowerPoint knowledge
  • Excellent IT skills e.g. MS Excel
  • Good Communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and deal with customers and suppliers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Flexible and resilient
  • Work 5 over 7 (Some weekends from time to time)
  • Will be required to travel.
