Pharmacy Technician - Longford Town
Clarity is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician for a pharmacy based in Longford Town.
What you need to know:
This is a permanent full-time position over 5 days a week, which requires you to work every second Saturday. No Sundays, Bank Holiday or late nights past 7pm are required. Touchstore is the dispensing system used. This is a community based pharmacy with an excellent support team in place.
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting in the dispensary
- Answering phone calls, responding to inquiries or requests
- Preparing and dispensing prescriptions to patients
- Managing and monitoring the prescribed dosages
- Taking care of paperwork and monthly claims (if needed)
- Providing excellent customer service
- Any other duties as required
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Good time management
- Passion for the delivery of excellent customer service
What we require:
- Previous Irish Pharmacy Technician experience.
- Higher certificate in Irish Pharmacy Technician studies; IPU course.
Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
