Health & Safety Officer (Construction)
Health & Safety Officer Our client, a well-established main contractor, is currently seeking an experienced Health & Safety Officer to join their team on construction projects across Dublin. The Role: Carrying out regular site inspections and Health & Safety audits Delivering toolbox talks and supporting safety initiatives across site Assisting with RAMS reviews, risk assessments and site-specific safety documentation Monitoring compliance with Health & Safety procedures and relevant legislation Supporting the investigation of incidents and near misses Working closely with Project Managers, Site Teams and subcontractors to maintain high Health & Safety standards Promoting a positive Health & Safety culture across projects Supporting continuous improvement in Health & Safety performance Requirements: 25 years' experience in a construction Health & Safety role Main contractor experience highly desirable Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Health & Safety Strong knowledge of Irish Health & Safety legislation and construction regulations Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification Strong communication and organisational skills Proactive approach with the ability to engage confidently with site teams and subcontractors Experience with Procore or HammerTech desirable Package: €65k-€75k depending on experience Company vehicle or generous vehicle allowance Pension contribution CPD and professional development opportunities Excellent career progression opportunities Opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of major construction projects across Dublin If you are a Health & Safety Officer considering a career move, please feel free to send your CV or contact Alannah Mongey on for a confidential discussion.
