In room dining attendant

Dromoland Castle Hotel is currently seeking a dedicated and service-focused Full-Time In Room Dining Attendant to join our team. This role is based on a 5-over-7-day schedule, with availability required across weekdays and weekends (Monday to Sunday). Role Overview : Delivering and collecting room service orders to the highest 5-star standard. Ensuring the room service station is fully stocked, clean, and operational at all times. Assisting with Afternoon Tea and Gallery Menu service. Setting up and supporting tea / coffee breaks for meetings and private events. Assisting the Fine Dining Restaurant team when needed. Ideal Candidate : Previous experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hospitality environment. Friendly, outgoing, and confident with excellent interpersonal skills. Highly organised with the ability to thrive during busy service periods. Flexible with working hours and available to work a rotating schedule including evenings and weekends.
