Clinical Psychologist

Role: Senior Clinical Psychologist Job Type: Full time Permanent, Part time would be considered. Location: South Dublin TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Clinical Psychologist on behalf of a specialist mental health service in South Dublin. This is a Fixed Term contract within a multidisciplinary team providing care and rehabilitation to adults with complex mental health needs. This service operates under a human rights-based, recovery-focused model of care, with a strong emphasis on quality, person-centred support, and evidence-based practice. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality psychological assessments, formulations, and interventions to adults with severe and enduring mental health difficulties. Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care and recovery plans. Support service users in line with national policy and regulatory frameworks. Contribute to service development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Provide supervision to trainees or assistant psychologists as appropriate. Essential Requirements: Hold a recognised postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology (Doctorate level or equivalent) Be a registered member of the Psychological Society of Ireland or eligible for registration Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience working in adult mental health Experience with complex presentations including psychosis, mood disorders, and neurocognitive disorders Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication, organisational, and report-writing skills Desirable: Experience in a rehabilitation or recovery-focused mental health service Training in specific therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or ACT Interest in service development or research initiatives Benefits: Competitive HSE-aligned salary Pension scheme Generous annual leave Training and continuous professional development opportunities Supportive team environment with regular supervision This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist looking to work in a progressive and person-centred mental health setting.
