Property Legal Executive
Our client, a top tier firm based in Dublin 2 is looking for a Legal Executive with experience in Residential and Commerical Conveyancing to join their growing team. The team advise across the complete spectrum of property-related matters. Call Emma Skelton on if you require more information. Candidates pursuing FE1s will not be considered. Salary: DOE Benefits: Pension, Healthcare, Hybrid Working, Bike to Work Scheme, Travel Tax incentives. Total Package:up to €65k Duties: Managing residential files from inception through to completion and post-completion. Preparing title packs, booklets and all ancillary documentation required for sale. Liaising with clients, agents and relevant third parties to obtain all information and documentation required for title packs. Drafting contracts for sale and issuing same to purchasers solicitors. Managing and responding to queries raised by purchasers solicitors throughout the transaction. Reviewing and responding to Requisitions on Title. Coordinating completions, arranging closing documentation and attending to the closing of sales. Maintaining accurate sales trackers and providing regular updates on progress to clients and internal teams. Managing Help to Buy and other relevant scheme requirements and documentation. Working collaboratively with colleagues while liaising closely with clients, agents, banks and other relevant stakeholders. Preparing documentation for registration with the Registry of Deeds and Land Registry and addressing any queries arising during the registration process. Managing post-completion matters, including outstanding undertaking. Requirements Strong conveyancing experience, ideally residential. Good project management skills. An ability to understand and appreciate real estate practices. An ability to work in a demanding environment and to handle deadlines. An ability to work effectively as part of a team. Very good communications and interpersonal skills and good ability in client service. A high level of motivation and an ability to act on ones own initiative.
