How you'll make an impact Develop and grow a portfolio of commercial clients across Wexford and the surrounding region. Build trusted relationships by understanding each client's business, challenges and future ambitions. Provide tailored insurance and risk management advice that helps clients make informed decisions. Work with insurers to secure competitive terms and appropriate cover for your clients. Manage renewals and retention activity while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. Generate new business through networking, referrals and relationship-building within the local market. Collaborate with colleagues across Gallagher to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients. Stay informed on market trends, industry developments and regulatory requirements. About you Experience working as a Commercial Account Executive, Account Manager or Business Development professional within the insurance sector. A strong understanding of commercial insurance products and the Irish insurance market. CIP qualification, with a commitment to continuing professional development. Confidence in developing new business and managing client relationships. Strong communication and negotiation skills. A client-first mindset and a genuine interest in helping businesses succeed. The ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team culture.
