Reporting to the Tactical Manager, the Merchandiser role will involve working as part of a team to deliver high visibility for all our retail clients.
Core focus for the role would be stock rotation and planogram compliance.
They will be required to seek out opportunities in store and deliver results to CPM and Client standards in order to assist of sales growth across categories.
Merchandisers will be expected to work on their own initiative and build strong relationships with store managers and achieve additional displays.
Responsibilities
To adhere to journey plans given by line manager
To ensure that all merchandising guidelines are being adhered to with emphasis on Planogram compliance, maximising promotional space and negotiating with Store Manager
Record relevant sales and merchandiser requirements, competitor activity and provide feedback in a timely manner
Capture before and after photographs on a handheld device
To generate new ideas and ways of working
To support all product launches and promotions across all serviced brands
To maintain all CPM and client standards and policies
To consistently strive to reach highest standards of performance for customers
To ensure at all times that you operate in an effective and efficient manner to complete all tasks
To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by your line manager
Qualifications
Full clean driving licence
Familiar with technology
