Finishing Manager

Finishing Manager Finishing Manager required for a Main Contractor to work on a large-scale residential project in West Dublin. Our client is specifically looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to lead and oversee all finishing trades and ensure a high standard of quality across the project. The successful Finishing Manager will report to the Site Manager on site. Role: Lead and manage the finishing phase of the project, overseeing all finishing trades and subcontractors. Plan and sequence finishing works to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Monitor and enforce quality control standards across all internal and external finishes. Manage snagging and ensure timely close-out of defects ahead of handover. Liaise with the design team, client representatives and subcontractors on finishing matters. Enforce site Health and Safety standards across finishing works. Support resource and material planning for the finishing phase.
