Financial Accountant

FRS Recruitment are partnering with an established and growing organisation within the healthcare sector to hire a motivated and detail-oriented Qualified Accountant to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to contribute to a dynamic, multi-site organisation and play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, and business performance. Key Responsibilities Prepare and consolidate monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to reporting deadlines Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances Support budgeting and forecasting processes Coordinate and lead internal and external audit activities Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls Analyse financial results and provide meaningful insights to management Assist with operational and financial improvement initiatives across the organisation Support a range of financial and reporting projects as required About You Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience Experience working within a large organisation Strong ERP systems exposure Advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment Desirable Experience Healthcare or other regulated industry experience Experience working within a multi-entity business structure Previous leadership or people management experience What's on Offer?
