Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Store Managers across your district.
• Drive sales, operational performance, and customer service standards.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Monitor stock, cash management, and key performance indicators.
• Support store openings, refurbishments, and business initiatives.
• Ensure district performance aligns with company objectives.

Requirements

• A university degree or at least three years of grocery management experience.
• Previous retail management experience, ideally across multiple sites.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Full, clean driving licence.
