Responsibilities We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator. Reporting to the Supervisor in Intralogistics, the Administrator will be responsible for dealing with documentation for Purchase Production & Sales orders. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter, dependable, thorough and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They possess excellent planning, scheduling and organisational skills. They are thorough and have a proven record of strong attention to detail and excellent communication and computer skills. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following : General administrative and office duties including work processing and filing. Checking delivery dockets and receipting purchase orders using ERP system. Preparation of documentation for kitting of production orders. Preparation of documentation for packing for Fenit / Site / Rostock. Prepare packing lists for dispatch for additional sub-contract work. Complete out-bounding and releasing of production orders, adjusting stock levels accordingly. Documentation control within the department. The employee is also to serve as a relief Receptionist / Switchboard operator and will operate in this capacity when the need arises. Other additional duties which may be assigned by the Supervisor. Qualifications, Requirements & Experience 1-2 years' experience in a similar demanding role, preferably in a similar industry. Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel.
