Health & Safety Advisor (Cork) A leading construction contractor is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join their team supporting a range of commercial construction projects across Cork City and West Cork. This is an excellent opportunity for a Health & Safety professional to work closely with project teams, ensuring high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across multiple construction projects. Responsibilities: Implement and maintain health & safety procedures across projects Carry out site inspections, audits, and safety observations Support teams with risk assessments, method statements, and safety documentation Monitor compliance with legislation, company policies, and project requirements Provide health & safety guidance and training to site teams Investigate incidents and support corrective actions Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients Maintain accurate safety records and reports Promote a strong health & safety culture across all sites Requirements: Experience as a Health & Safety Advisor within the construction industry Strong knowledge of Irish health & safety legislation and construction regulations Experience supporting commercial construction projects preferred Relevant Health & Safety qualification (NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent desirable) Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to engage effectively with site teams and subcontractors Full driving licence Benefits: €60k€70k DOE Pension, vehicle & excellent benefits Apply: Skills: Health and Safety
