Due to rapid success, they are looking to recruit a Showroom Manager to work in the Showroom located in Dublin Southwest.

About Your Showroom Manager job Client facing role requiring extensive sales leadership experience within a residential, interiors, or property-focused environment.The successful candidate will lead the Dublin showroom operations, manage and convert inbound leads, nurture key account relationships, and drive revenue through a consultative, high-end sales process.Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Residential showroomResponsible for walk-ins, scheduled appointments, and presentation of the spaceConvert inbound enquiries from homeowners, designers, architects, and buildersRelationship ManagementResponsible for visual merchandising in the Residential DepartmentOrder Management using the CRM systemWorking Days Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday – rotationWhat Skills You Need for this Showroom Manager job 3–5+ years of Sales experience within this industry Strong background in consultative sellingExperience gained in a luxury showroom environmentKnowledge on building materials, interior finishes, or design / construction is a strong advantageExcellent organisational and communication skillsInternet, Social Media and AI savvyWhat's on Offer This role comes with a basic salary of 40-60k plus commission.
