We are hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead a nursing home in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Assist the person in charge or the unit manager in providing direct resident care as well as clinical and professional leadership of the care staff.
• Make sure that the high calibre of care is given to residents and their families.
• Make sure each person is acknowledged as an individual and that their needs, rights, and comfort are prioritised when providing care.
• Build rapport with residents to support their autonomy, well-informed decision-making, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Promote and maintain resident safety and provide quality care through respecting the privacy, dignity, and rights of the resident.
• Maximise the residents’ capacity to exercise personal autonomy and choice.
