Breakfast Supervisor

Park Inn by Radisson, Shannon Airport is ideally located just steps from the main terminal building of Shannon International Airport. The hotel is well-located for airport travellers or those visiting the nearby business parks. Limerick is 20 km from Park Inn Shannon Airport.

We are now seeking to hire a full time Breakfast Supervisor to join our team.

The Role:

This is a full time role. The breakfast supervisor will also include shifts as a food & beverage assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing the highest quality dining experience for guests of at The Park Inn by Radisson in terms of restaurant service, quality and standards. This role will support the Hotel manager with maximising guest satisfaction by ensuring guest bookings are confirmed, gives work direction to Restaurant staff and takes opportunities to upsell.

• Proven experience in supervising a team within a fast-paced environment.
• A strong understanding and commitment to upholding high food safety standards.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and inspire restaurant team members to deliver outstanding service and achieve high guest satisfaction levels.

Desirable Skills & Qualifications:

• Effective people management skills, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems and restaurant management software.
• A qualification in hospitality or food service.
• Significant experience working within the hospitality sector.
