We are looking for candidates who are committed to supporting individuals with disabilities and their families, in an individualised, community based, socially inclusive manner, in accordance with our core values and ethos and underpinned by quality, innovative best practice, and research JOB ADVERTISEMENT APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION: It's My Life Individualised Supports COMMUNITY CONNECTOR (Individual Support Staff) Avista, Dublin PERMANENT, PART- TIME CONTRACTS (7HPW, 8HPW and 15HPW contracts available depending on individual match) Salary: €34,881- €48,434(LSI) *Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.
