Finance Manager (PLC)

Armont have partnered with a leading global PLC seeking a Finance Manager to join their high-performing finance team based in Dublin on an initial 12 month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to take on a leadership position within a rapidly expanding organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and assume responsibility for the financial reporting and control of a key business unit, while helping drive continuous improvement across the finance function. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 4+ years' post-qualification experience gained within a PLC or large multinational environment. The Role Lead, mentor and develop a team of finance professionals. Oversee financial reporting activities, including statutory reporting, audit coordination, compliance and internal controls. Manage the preparation and review of annual financial statements. Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accurate month-end and quarterly reporting processes. Act as a key finance contact for local stakeholders, providing guidance on financial matters. Deliver financial reporting and analysis to support senior management decision-making. Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and other ad hoc projects as required. The Candidate Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with 4+ years' PQE in a PLC or multinational organisation. Experience leading or managing finance teams. Knowledge of US GAAP and SOX frameworks would be a distinct advantage. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the business.
