Credit Controller A well-established company in Dublin 12 is seeking a Credit Controller/Finance Assistant to join their finance team THIS IS A 12 MONTH CONTRACT THE CLIENT IS LOOKING FOR A CANDIDATE COMING FROM A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT, IDEAL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS CONSTRUCTION OR ELECTRICAL If you have the relevant experience and are available, immediately contact me today with your latest cv Salary & Benefits: Salary: 38-40K Hybrid after training 12 month contract Canteen Onsite parking Responsibilities for Role Processing customer receipts and query management Credit control fully maintained and reported as required. Investigating and resolving queries relating to non-payment of invoices. Ensure that the collections processes followed are in adherence with the credit control policy Respond in a timely manner to requests for information from internal/ external departments. Processing supplier invoices and managing queries Reconciling supplier accounts to statements Preparing weekly / monthly payment runs The Ideal Candidate Essential: 3+ years' relevant finance experience, with significant hands-on Credit Control experience. Experience working with a large/high-volume customer ledger. Previous Accounts payable experience A team player with a sense of urgency and positive attitude Good Excel skills and strong general IT capability. Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.
