Customer Service Advisor
Our client, a leading private-sector organisation, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor / Customer Support Agent to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for an experienced customer service professional with strong written communication skills, used to managing high volumes of email queries in a fast-paced customer support or contact centre environment. Customer Service Advisor / Customer Support Advisor Dublin West - €40kpa pro rata - Bonus Key Responsibilities Manage incoming customer emails and redirected queries, responding within SLA. Provide accurate, clear information to customers and service users. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services during customer interactions, in a natural and customer-focused way. Build strong relationships through professional, open communication. Develop strong knowledge of where information sits and how to locate it quickly. Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines, and quality standards. Take initiative and create positive, engaging customer experiences. Collaborate closely with your team and support the wider department. Identify proactive solutions to assist customers and colleagues. Contribute to achieving team, upselling, and departmental performance targets. What You'll Need to Succeed Proven customer-service, customer-support, or customer-advisor experience in a similar environment. Experience upselling, cross-selling, or achieving sales targets within a customer service setting is a strong advantage. Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail. Experience achieving targets or working within SLAs. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer-service platforms. Ability to adapt quickly, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively.
