Bookkeeper - Part Time Osborne are delighted to be partnering with one of our key clients to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper to join a market leading accountancy practice in Cork City. This position has become available due to continued growth and expansion of the practice. This is apart time permanent position. What you will get: Competitive Salary Supportive Team On the job training Free Parking Great office location well serviced by all transport links What you will do: Working with the accounts department on bookkeeping tasks Reconciling bank accounts and creditors statements Processing revenue returns Working with various accounting software Debtor and creditor ledgers Reviewing purchasing and sales invoices Preparation of monthly management accounts to manager review Level Developing and maintaining relevant spreadsheets Maintenance of ongoing bookkeeping services for a portfolio of clients across all industry sectors in a fast paced environment Development and support of client relationships Preparing tax returns including Income tax, VAT, RCT, Payroll, VIES Intrastat etc. Dealing with client and Revenue queries Processing payroll What you will need: Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication skills Minimum two years experience working in a similar position Practice experience desirable but not essential Comfortable dealing with clients directly Excellent interpersonal skills Highly organised and ability to manage and meet all deadlines Ability to work in a team environment and support team colleagues For more information please apply through the link provided for the attention of Karen O'Brien, email or call .
