Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Dublin Senior Mechanical Design Engineer required to join one of Irelands leading M&E Design Consultancies with offices across Europe. This role offers opportunities to work on high-profile projects across sectors such as data centres, energy, aviation, education, healthcare, commercial, residential, etc for the public and private sector. Responsibilities As Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, overseeing design and delivery of mechanical systems. Prepare and review project documentation, including specifications, calculations, schedules, and construction-stage reports. Communicate with clients through emails, meetings, and project documentation to ensure project alignment and coordination. Lead mechanical design across major projects. Mentor junior engineers. Requirements Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering. Chartered Engineer or working towards chartership with full CIBSE, IET, or equivalent membership (desirable). 6 Years+ Experience in mechanical building services design across various sectors. IT Skills BIM, AutoCAD and Revit. Broad industry experience and strong knowledge of building services systems. Interest and experience in sustainable design and renewable energy. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts.
