Site Engineer
Site Engineer Our client, a well-established construction company, is currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their team on a residential development project in Kilcock, Co. Kildare. The Role: Setting out works accurately using GPS / Total Station equipment Setting out groundwork, foundations, RC frames, floor slabs, blockwork, services and civil works Setting out house plots and issuing surveys to solicitors Supervising and monitoring groundwork, civil engineering and concrete frame contractors Ensuring works are completed in line with approved drawings, specifications & Building Regulations Carrying out quality inspections and sign-offs at key construction stages Maintaining accurate site records and quality assurance documentation Managing drawing registers and ensuring the latest revisions are issued to the site team Liaising with the design team and consultants to resolve technical queries and discrepancies Working closely with the site team and subcontractors to ensure the project is delivered safely, accurately and efficiently Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline 35 years post-qualification experience Residential construction experience desirable Strong setting-out experience using GPS / Total Station equipment Good knowledge of drawings, specifications and Building Regulations Full clean driving licence Package: €65k-€75k+ Company vehicle or car allowance (fuel card, toll tag etc.) Pension contribution Excellent career progression opportunities Opportunity to work on a major residential development If you are a Site Engineerconsidering a career move, please feel free to send yourCV or contact Alannah Mongey on for a confidential discussion.GPC will not send any applicants CVs to clients without a full discussion and prior consent.
