The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and driven

Manufacturing Engineer

to join our team.

This role is central to ensuring that our production processes remain efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the highest quality standards.

You'll play a key role in introducing new products into production, optimising manufacturing processes, and supporting our vision for innovation and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Support manufacturing by resolving issues, providing tools, and introducing new products into production.

Lead process optimisation and continuous improvement projects to streamline product flow.

Analyse processes and product structures to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce costs.

Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimise manufacturing cell performance.

Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with ISO / TS16949 standards.

Coordinate maintenance, equipment repairs, and workflow optimisation.

Supervise and support technicians and production staff.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience with automation, robotics, laser welding, or dispense systems.

Strong knowledge of validation lifecycles and Six Sigma problem-solving.

Proficiency in CAD / modelling software.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Previous experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
