About the role

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Senior Associate to join the Pension Support team in the Client Services Department. In the role, the successful candidate will :

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Davy’s pension product offering which includes occupational pension schemes, Personal Retirement Savings Accounts (PRSAs), Approved Retirement Funds (ARFs) and Retirement Bonds;
  • Co-ordination and processing of maturity benefits;
  • Co-ordination and processing of transfers out, Pension Adjustment Orders and Death Benefits claims;
  • Assist the Associate Director in Regulatory reporting
  • Set up new pension policies and plans, Revenue submissions, and allocation of contributions or transfers of retained benefits;
  • Ensuring compliance with the relevant pensions rules and legislation governing each of the pension product offerings including IORPS II;
  • Issue of Disclosure requirements to members and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects where they arise.
  • Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role

Requirements

About you

We are looking for somebody who has the following background and skills :

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Pensions Administrator;
  • QFA essential;
  • Strong technical pensions knowledge and thorough understanding of statutory compliance requirements;
  • Excellent customer service skills;
  • High level of attention to detail;
  • Ability to prioritise work effectively;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Team player.
