Care Assistants – Prosper Fingal Day Services

Prosper Fingal, part of the Prosper Group, supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to live fulfilling, independent lives and connect with their communities. We are now looking for caring and motivated Care Assistants to join our Day Services teams across Prosper Fingal.

Position : Care Assistant - Day Services

Location : Various locations across Prosper Fingal

Hours : Circa 30 hours per week

Contract : Permanent Contracts

Salary : Competitive pay rates from €14.90 - €21.55 per hour (DOE)

About the Role :

As a Care Assistant, you will empower adults with intellectual disabilities to live life to the fullest. Each day is different, you might be supporting someone to learn life skills, helping them take part in community activities or creative sessions, or simply being a positive and friendly presence. You will help build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections, while being part of a supportive and passionate team.

Essential Requirements :

• QQI Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (essential)
• Previous experience working in disability services
• Full, clean manual driving licence (essential)
