Responsibilities Managingthecommercialaspectsofprojectsfromprocurementthroughtocompletion Overseeingbudgets,costplans,valuationsandfinancialreporting Managingprocurementandsubcontractorpackages Monitoringprojectcosts,variations,claimsandfinalaccountsIdentifyingcommercialrisksandopportunities WorkingcloselywithContractsManagers,ProjectManagersandsiteteams Supportingthedevelopmentofin-housecommercialprocessesandprocedures Maintainingstrongrelationshipswithsubcontractors,consultantsandprojectstakeholders Requirements DegreeinQuantitySurveyingorConstructionEconomics Minimum10years'QuantitySurveyingexperience Strongbackgroundinresidentialorcommercialconstruction Experiencemanagingthecommercialaspectsofprojectsfromstarttofinish Strongunderstandingofprocurement,costcontrol,valuationsandfinalaccounts Excellentcontractualandcommercialawareness Strongcommunicationandnegotiationskills Abilitytoworkindependentlyandtakeownershipofcommercialresponsibilities Package Salary:€90,000€100,000DOE Dublinbased,withofficesinBallycoolin 27daysannualleave 4%pensioncontribution Discretionarybonus Onedayworkingfromhomefollowingsuccessfulcompletionofthesix-monthprobationaryperiod Strongpipelineofresidentialdevelopmentprojects Opportunitytojoinagrowingbusinessandhelpshapeitsin-housecommercialfunction Toregisteryourinterest,pleaseforwardyourCVtoDavidHickeyatProSourceRecruitmentorjustclickApplynow.
