In this leadership role, youll work hand-in-hand with the Managing Partner, taking ownership of tax compliance and advisory services for a varied and exciting client portfolio. Responsibilities: Take charge of tax complianceacross corporation tax, income tax, VAT, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Deliver bespoke tax planning and advisory solutionsfor SMEs, private clients, and international businesses with Irish operations. Build and nurture client relationships, acting as the go-to expert for all tax-related matters. Guide and inspire junior team members, driving high-quality work while supporting their professional growth. Requirements: ACCA/ACAqualified withCTAtax qualification. Minimum 2 years post qualification experiencein an Irish tax practice. Strong technical knowledge of Irish tax legislation and Revenue systems. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines, with leadership experience. Benefits: Attractive salary package €85,000 - €95,000 DOE. Flexible working hours. Hybrid working.
