What Youll Be Doing Conduct inspections at all stages of production using precision instruments. Approve in-process production by verifying specifications and communicating findings. Identify and address non-conformances, initiating and verifying corrective actions. Support new process and equipment validations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace aligned with 5S principles. Participate in quality meetings and improvement initiatives. What You Bring 12 years of experience in a quality-focused role within an engineering or manufacturing setting. Skilled in using inspection tools like calipers, gauges, and micrometers. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work with both metric and imperial systems. Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Effective communicator with a flexible and enthusiastic approach. Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
