About the Role : We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build the next generation of infrastructure and tools that empower our engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient systems. Our engineers work on high-impact projects that drive the future of data-driven digital experiences, handling vast amounts of information at scale and simplifying complex backend systems. As a member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with product owners and developers to create innovative platform solutions, tackling challenges that ensure system-wide efficiency and scalability.  What You’ll Do :

• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to define requirements, influence platform direction, and architect technical solutions to complex challenges
• Write clean, efficient, and highly optimized code to support core infrastructure systems, tooling, and platforms
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers
• Lead code reviews, providing actionable feedback to enhance high coding standards across the team
• Take ownership of your projects and thrive in an environment where ideas are openly shared, discussed, and challenged
