• Free lunch from canteen is provided along with free parking Required Skills and Experience : Sage Payroll (or experience doing payroll with another package) Strong understanding of payroll processing, invoicing, budgeting, and financial reconciliation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines keep track of cash flow. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Key Responsibilities : Payroll Processing : Process weekly payroll for approx. 120 staff members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations Financial Reporting and Insights : Oversee financial aspects of the business, providing management with insights and monthly reporting Reconciliations : Conduct weekly reconciliations, ensuring financial data is up-to-date and accurate Budgeting : Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met Invoicing & Debt Collection : Generate and send out customer invoices in a timely manner Oversee debt collection efforts, ensuring that outstanding payments are collected promptly Tax Compliance : Ensure the company remains compliant with all relevant tax regulations, filing returns and documents as required VAT return VIES return PAYE return Reed Specialist Recruitment is an Employment Agency and an Employment Business for permanent and temporary recruitment.
