Bar Manager

This long-established Dublin four-star hotel is recruiting an accomplished Bar Manager to oversee multiple bar outlets, including an exciting renovation project.

This is a key position for an ambitious hospitality professional who excels at delivering flawless service and driving commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing bar team across several outlets.

Guarantee seamless daily operations and memorable guest experiences.

Plan and execute all beverage aspects of conferences, weddings and corporate events.

Manage budgets, P&L, cost control and margin optimisation.

Oversee stock management, ordering and supplier relationships.

Prepare rotas to ensure efficient staffing while controlling labour costs.

Uphold full compliance with health, safety and licensing legislation.

Candidate Requirements :

Minimum of fouryears' experience as Bar Manager (or similar) within large, quality hotels.

Demonstrable expertise in bar operations, cost control and team leadership.

Guest-centric attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative, solutions-focused and calm under pressure.

Strong organisational skills and keen commercial awareness.
