Responsibilities

As a

Social Care Worker

, you will play an essential role in helping these young individuals grow, become independent and overcome challenges as they progress.

Daily tasks include implementing behavioural support plans, liaising with colleagues and referral agents, and contributing to the service's development.

Requirements

Level 7 or 8 in Social Care or Equivalent

Full licence and Car

Knowledge of the key elements of effective team working

Flexible to work 15 & 24hr shifts
